3. Return Condition: Returned items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please ensure that the eyeshadow palette is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 1- 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and exchanges will be processed based on product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective eyeshadow palette, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
